Q. Can you recommend a Bible commentary? The last one I bought, I ended up throwing it out because it was written by the replacement theology people. I’ve been reading but I want to study. Thank you so much. I have been thanking God because He has sent you to help us. Your Bible studies are invaluable.
A. I’ve never found a good commentary on the complete Bible. Your best bet is to pick a book of the Bible you’d like to study and then buy a commentary on that book. Go to your book store and browse through the available ones paying special attention to what the author says about his point of view. You can also Google the author to learn more about him, and read reviews of the commentary on Amazon or other bookseller sites before making a purchase.
