I got into marketing deliberately, one might say, even on purpose. But she started writing articles while still at the university, at the faculty of management and marketing. In the fourth year, I fell in love with marketing, where there was a lot of mathematics on the one hand, and the opportunity to be useful to people on the other. I am a marketer by profession, and I was lucky to study and then do what I love. What are the key qualities that help a marketer grow into a marketing director? What helped you? Curiosity, restlessness. A marketing director is a jack of all trades who needs any knowledge at all, from mathematics to physical education. The marketing director, in my opinion, is always a challenger.
He is like a provocateur who comes in and usually breaks the old play and the play starts playing differently. Probably, this approach helps to always take a leadership position, because it is impossible without it. Of course, it is time-consuming, emotionally expensive, someone will say - stressful, but I consider stress useful. Tell us a little about your career path. What do the marketing of ECO MARKET, Watsons and Rife have in common? A bank is also retail in some respects, well, there is definitely a part of retail. I think the common thing in the marketing of these companies is the presence of great teams with a great sense of humor, I am always lucky with them. Also, in all these companies, marketing is focused on supporting business indicators and sales. This is traffic-driven marketing to the customer, so to speak, "nobody but us.
